Welcome to the KnowledgeCity Learning Portal, your gateway to personal and professional growth. This article provides a step-by-step guide to navigate the portal and make the most out of the vast resources available.

Accessing the Learning Portal
To begin your learning journey:
- Sign In: You have been provided with a username and password.
- Visit the login page and click the Sign In button.
- Enter your username and password.
Note: Optionally, your portal may be setup to use Single Sign On (SSO) or alternate login methods. - Click Submit to access your dashboard.

My Learning
Once signed in, you'll find any courses assigned to you under the My Learning tab.
Here's how to manage your learning:
- Track Progress: View your course name, progress percentage, lessons viewed, and dates started and finished.
- Manage Tests: If there's a test to take, it will appear under the actions column. Upon passing, you'll be able to view your score and certificate.
- Access Courses: Both assigned and self-enrolled courses will be listed in My Learning.
- Recently Viewed: Review courses that you've recently opened.
- Calendar: The calendar will display important assignment dates such as due dates and availability periods.
Tabs will appear at the top area of My Learning that you can switch between to access:
- Overview: A comprehensive overview of your assignments, training time, progress statistics, and a calendar of course availability dates.
- Assignments: View your assigned courses, learning paths, and skill paths.
- All My Activities: View all courses that you've been assigned or chosen.
- Saved: View courses that you've saved for later or have added to a personal saved list.
- My Events: View course events that you've been enrolled in.
- Course Cycles: View historical course progress and access certificates of completion.

Browsing the Library
Explore tens of thousands of course videos across various categories by following these steps:
- Click on the Library tab to see all available categories and sub-categories.
- Select a category to display the relevant courses.
- Use the side navigation menu to switch between different categories.

Starting Training
To begin a course:
- Click on the course name from either My Learning or the Library menu.
- This will take you to the Course Page, where you’ll find:
- A course description with key concepts and objectives.
- Information about the course author and duration.
- The option to leave feedback about the course.

Engaging with Courses
To ensure effective learning:
- Watch Videos: Begin by clicking the video player or the lesson. A green checkmark will appear once you've viewed a video.
- Completion: After viewing all lessons, you’re ready to take the course quiz.
Certification Test
To test your knowledge:
- Click the Certification Test button.
- The test will include multiple choice and true/false questions.
- Questions are chosen randomly each time to test key course takeaways.
- A successful test will result in a certificate of completion for the course.
Earning Certificates
Upon passing the course quiz:
- Receive Certification: You will earn a certificate for the course, which is a testament to your acquired knowledge and skills.
