Our Help Desk team provides full coverage across two regional shifts:
MENA Support Team:
11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PST
US Support Team:
5:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
To submit a support request, please email us at helpdesk@knowledgecity.com and we will reply within 2 hours during operating hours.
During these operating hours, you can expect a first response within 2 hours according to our SLA policy. This allows us to ensure timely assistance across all time zones.
